Republicans Move To Impeach Judges Who Blocked Trump’s Orders

House Republicans are moving to impeach federal judges who have ruled against key Trump administration policies, accusing them of judicial overreach and political bias. The effort is being led by conservative lawmakers frustrated by court rulings that have slowed executive actions.

Rep. Eli Crane (R-AZ) is drafting articles of impeachment against U.S. District Judge Paul Engelmayer, who ruled to prevent Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) from accessing Treasury Department systems. Crane and other Republicans argue that Engelmayer’s decision undermines the president’s ability to carry out his constitutional duties.

Rep. Andrew Clyde (R-GA) is pursuing impeachment against U.S. District Judge John McConnell Jr. who issued a ruling blocking the administration’s spending freeze. Clyde accused McConnell of ruling based on politics rather than legal precedent.

The impeachment effort aligns with Trump’s broader push to rein in what he sees as judicial interference in executive decision-making. The president recently suggested that Congress should “look at the judges” who are making decisions that limit his administration’s authority.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) has voiced strong support for the effort, calling the judges “activists” who are interfering with Trump’s policies. She argued that Congress should take action against judges who she believes are politically motivated.

While Republicans have a majority in the House, impeachment would require significant support in the Senate, where Democrats and some moderate Republicans are unlikely to back removal efforts. The last time a federal judge was impeached and removed was in 2010.

These wannabe judges need to be impeached and investigated and removed immediately for obstruction and interference with presidential federal orders for investigations. These asshole judges thousands of them think they have more power over a sitting president that the American people voted for and we voted to have him destroy the cesspool government swamp waste of taxpayers money we the people are the ones in charge not a bunch of asshole judges no one voted for. Arrest these corrupt judges and remove them immediately and indict them for federal interference. It’s time these judges democrat judges learn there positions. They don’t care they will sign anything to stop Trump from doing is job these judges need to have a bond or personal finance in there decisions on rulings and if overturned they lose there personal finances for bad rulings this will stop them instantly from just jumping into corruption.
