New Gig For Ex-Joint Chiefs Chairman Mark Milley
In another example of how higher education in the U.S. has gone to the dogs, former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley has accepted teaching positions at two prestigious American universities, according to Axios.
The retired general is taking gigs at Georgetown and Princeton to teach national security.
Milley presided over the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan that needlessly resulted in the deaths of 13 American servicemen.
The mother of Nichole Gees, one of the Americans who died in Kabul during the withdrawal, spoke at a forum of Gold Star families. She knew no forum could bring her daughter back. She was looking for respect for the fallen.
“When our leaders, including the secretary of defense and our commander in chief, called this a ‘success,’ … it’s like a knife in the heart,” she said.
“These deaths were preventable. My daughter could be with us today. To call it a success is the ultimate disrespect. There were 13 avoidable deaths … This was not a success. What we’re asking for it to stop the insanity and make it better for the next group.”

“There were 13 avoidable deaths,” not to mention the wounded.

This is the same Gen. Milley who Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) called out for colluding with China.
“I don’t care what you think of President Trump, the Chairman of the JCOS working to subvert the military chain of command and collude with China is exactly what we do not accept from military leaders in our country,” Paul posted on X.
“He should be court-martialed, if true,” Paul concluded. He later called for Milley to be removed from office due to the poor handling of Afghanistan.

This is the same Gen. Milley who promoted the woke policies of the U.S. military by pushing critical race theory and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
“I’ve read Mao Tse-Tung; I’ve read Karl Marx; I’ve read Lenin. That doesn’t make me a communist. So what is wrong with understanding, having some situational understanding about the country for which we are here to defend?” Milley said during a 2021 Capitol Hill hearing.
“And I personally find it offensive that we are accusing the United States military, our general officers, our commissioned, non-commissioned officers, of being ‘woke’ or something else because we’re studying some theories that are out there,” Milley continued.
Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) called out the new trends in the military on X, “I personally would like American generals to read less about ‘white rage’ — whatever that is — and more about ‘not losing wars.’”

“What I find so enraging about the Joint Chiefs’ pandering on progressive wokeness is that they know damn well the geography and politics of who dies in American wars,” Vance continued in another post.
Is Milley the kind of man who should be teaching at an elite U.S. university in the U.S.? Milley would be better suited to teaching American national insecurity in China.

The 150 Dems voting to allow illegals in the US after committing another crime should be named and shamed on every conservative publication and radio show. They, along with our demented president, need to be voted out of office!
