Miller accused the Biden administration’s policies of draining the Treasury and weakening the structure of American self-government. He said the result has been the loss of law and the rise of disorder.

He pointed to the 2024 election as a national decision to end the crisis and give Trump the authority to act. But he said the same system that allowed the invasion is now trying to stop enforcement through legal blockades and media pressure.

Miller rejected the idea that due process requires a full trial for every foreign national who enters the country illegally. He said that approach would make recovery impossible and lead to the completion of the invasion.

He invoked Article 4, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution, which places the duty on the president to defend against invasions. Miller said no court ruling can cancel that responsibility.

He stated that illegal entrants will be removed and that the criminal organizations that enabled the crisis will be brought down.
