Michael Moore Pushes Biden To Do What He Wants In Final Days Of Office
Left-wing filmmaker Michael Moore is calling on President Joe Biden to take extreme actions in his final days in office. With just under 100 days left in the White House, Moore believes Biden should act on a series of progressive goals that he claims would define Biden’s legacy.
In a Substack post, Moore urged Biden to embark on a “bucket list” of policy actions. He argued that, thanks to a recent Supreme Court ruling, Biden has “full immunity” during his remaining time and “doesn’t answer to anyone.”
Among Moore’s suggestions are highly controversial ideas like declaring the Equal Rights Amendment as the 28th Amendment, canceling student and medical debt, and closing the Guantanamo Bay detention center. Moore also encouraged Biden to give the land back to Cuba, claiming that the U.S. no longer needs it.
The filmmaker went even further, suggesting Biden could stop supporting Israel in its conflict with Hamas and negotiate an end to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. These foreign policy shifts would signal a dramatic change in America’s global stance and are likely to face heavy criticism.
Moore also called on Biden to empty Federal Death Row, commuting sentences to life in prison, and grant clemency to non-violent drug offenders. He even suggested pardoning Edward Snowden, arguing that the whistleblower deserves recognition, not punishment.
In a humorous twist, Moore ended his list by asking Biden to ban spam text messages, joking that such a move would secure Biden’s place on Mount Rushmore. His post reflects the far-left’s desire to push Biden into bold actions before he leaves office.
