Border Patrol Union Doubles Down On Biden Criticisms

Far from backing away from its derision of President Joe Biden and his treatment of immigration authorities, the National Border Patrol Council dug in its heels on its criticisms of the Democrat.

The union Saturday evening posted on X, formerly Twitter, its response to Biden’s photo-op visit to the border earlier that day. “Yep, we said all that, and we mean every bit of it.”

Officials posted a humorous itinerary detailing Biden’s trip to Brownsville.

It consisted of, “Board AF1, take nap. Wake up in place called Brownsville. Read large teleprompter message, ‘It’s all Trump’s fault.’ Board AF1, ask who people in green uniforms were, told they ‘strap’ illegal aliens, express horror, take nap. Wake up, call a lid, hit beach, take nap.”

The union posted a picture of the Democratic president sunbathing along with his “itinerary.”

Before the president’s plane touched down in Texas Thursday, the union posted, “Attention President Biden: Keep our name out of your mouth today.”

Members later added a joking announcement of a “major Biden admin foreign policy achievement.” It consisted of Mexican drug cartels providing three illegal aliens for a White House photo-op for his Brownsville visit.

This treatment was in stark contrast to the hero’s welcome that former President Donald Trump received over the weekend when he appeared at the border. The union noted on X that the 2024 Republican frontrunner was a welcome sight for border agents.

It wrote, “President Trump treats BP agents with respect, supports their mission and listens to their ideas.” This is quite different from Biden, who “falsely accuses agents of crimes, burned the border to the ground, and only listens to his radical leftist base. See the difference?”

The White House had a remarkably different take on Biden’s sojourn to the Southwest.

It announced the embattled incumbent “will deliver remarks to emphasize the need for Congressional Republicans to stop putting politics ahead of our border security and pass the bipartisan border security agreement.”

An agreement which, the GOP corrected noted in its opposition, would entrench the arrival of thousands of illegal migrants every day.

It is impossible for me to believe that a US state does not have the right to protect its citizens…especially from the federal government!
