Trump Promises Aggressive Steps To End Deep State Corruption
President Donald Trump has unveiled a bold plan to dismantle the Deep State and restore what he calls government accountability to the American people. In a detailed speech, he outlined ten key steps aimed at reforming federal institutions and preventing abuses of power.
Trump began by pledging to reissue his 2020 executive order granting the president authority to remove problematic bureaucrats. He emphasized that this power would be wielded “very aggressively” to address rogue actors within federal agencies.

The plan also includes a sweeping overhaul of the national security and intelligence communities. Trump described these agencies as infiltrated by corruption and vowed to ensure they could no longer target conservatives, Christians, or political opponents. This would coincide with a complete reform of FISA courts, which he claimed have ignored fraudulent warrant applications for years.
Transparency is another cornerstone of Trump’s proposal. He announced plans to establish a Truth and Reconciliation Commission tasked with declassifying and publishing documents related to government spying, censorship, and abuse. The initiative aims to expose what he described as “hoaxes and abuses of power tearing our country apart.”

Trump’s vision includes curbing government leaks, promising a crackdown on officials colluding with media outlets to spread false narratives. He proposed criminal charges for such actions when warranted.
To prevent inspector generals from becoming protectors of the Deep State, Trump advocated for their offices to operate independently and away from the agencies they oversee. He also called for an independent auditing system to monitor intelligence agencies and ensure they do not target citizens or political campaigns.
The former president reiterated his commitment to relocating federal agencies out of Washington, citing his previous move of the Bureau of Land Management to Colorado. He estimated that as many as 100,000 positions could be shifted to areas he described as filled with “patriots who love America.”

Trump’s speech concluded with a call for term limits for members of Congress and a ban on federal bureaucrats taking jobs with companies they regulate. These measures, he said, would ensure accountability and eliminate conflicts of interest.
“This is how I will shatter the Deep State and restore government controlled by the people,” Trump declared.
