Amish Volunteers Deploy To North Carolina With Plans To Build Homes For Suffering Families
As North Carolina recovers from the devastation of Hurricane Helene, an unexpected group of volunteers has stepped up to provide critical aid during a time when the Biden-Harris regime has left these communities suffering.
Hundreds of Amish people from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, have traveled to Swannanoa to build homes for families who lost everything in the floods. Their work has offered much-needed relief at a time when federal assistance has been lacking.
Arriving by bus, the Amish volunteers reportedly come in teams of 57, staying from Monday through Friday each week. They work tirelessly to construct small cabins for families who have no place to go. Each team returns home at week’s end, only for a fresh group to arrive and continue the work. The cycle is expected to carry on until the project is complete.
Thank you to the Amish community for stepping up to help the disaster relief recovery efforts in western North Carolina. The temps are below freezing at night so shelters and generators, propane tanks and propane and warm weather gear are greatly needed right now. Thank you.… https://t.co/YvlGcIdaqs

The Amish are fully self-sufficient during their time in North Carolina. They live in tents, bring their own supplies, and live off donations and the land. They call their initiative “Cabins for Christ,” and their only request is that they be allowed to work without interference. Their faith-driven commitment has been a powerful reminder of community and compassion.
God bless the Amish.

Residents of Swannanoa have been moved by the Amish presence. Many have expressed admiration for their dedication, particularly since they seek no payment or recognition. In a time of crisis, the Amish have offered a level of support that government agencies have not yet matched.
The Amish volunteers explain that they are not here for accolades but to fulfill what they see as a moral responsibility. Their efforts are guided by faith, and they believe helping those in need is simply the right thing to do. For them, building homes is an act of love and service.

As the Amish continue their work, locals are growing increasingly appreciative of their selflessness. Many residents now view the Amish as a symbol of hope, showing that people can come together to support one another even in the hardest of times.
Would this in anyway determine the outcome of the upcoming election 🤔 😉 ?
